材料:
四季豆: 12條 (切小段)、蝦米 80g 、蔥頭 6粒 (剁碎)、臘腸2條(切斜片)、燒肉或三層肉150g (切小塊)、冬菇: 6~8朵 (切絲)、白米4杯
調味料:
鹽適量、雞精粉1 tsp、胡椒粉少許、醬清1 tbsp、黑醬油1 tbsp、蚝油1 tbsp、麻油1 tbsp
裝飾:
青蔥粒、紅辣椒、炸蔥頭
做法:
1、熱鍋燒油,爆香蝦米和蔥頭至金黃色。
2、放入燒肉,臘腸,冬菇和四季豆炒均。
3、再加入白米,調味料炒均勻。
4、把炒香的四季豆飯放入飯鍋內,加入與白米分量相同的水(1杯米 1杯水)或者分量再少一點點。
5、按照平常煮飯一樣,煮至飯好了就可以上桌了。
6、配上炸蔥頭,紅辣椒和青蔥粒味道可棒極了!
如果是用三層肉,就用少許的薯粉,醬青和胡椒粉腌一會兒。

practice:
1. Heat oil in a hot wok, saute dried shrimps and shallots until golden brown.
2. Add in the roast pork, sausage, mushrooms and green beans and stir-fry.
3. Add in the white rice and stir-fry the seasoning evenly.
4. Put the fried green bean rice into the rice cooker, add the same amount of water as the white rice (1 cup of rice 1 cup of water) or a little less.
5. Cook as usual, cook until the rice is ready and serve.
6. Served with fried shallots, red peppers and diced shallots taste great!
If you use three layers of meat, marinate for a while with a little potato flour, soy sauce and pepper.
