自製豆漿【Homemade Soy Milk】在家就能做,營養又好喝!

材料:黃豆300克(可浸過夜)

糖水:水750ml、糖300g、班蘭葉3片(洗乾淨,打結備用)、老薑2片

做法:

1、將糖水用料煮滾,取出班蘭葉及薑片待用。

2、黃豆浸泡6小時或過夜。再把黃豆清洗乾淨備用。

3、加入2500ml的水,把黃豆和水放入攪拌機, 把黃豆打碎成漿(分三次打爛)。

4、將打好的豆漿,倒入紗布內,過濾,並將紗布包起,絞乾豆渣內的液體。

5、將豆漿燒開,撇去浮沫,用中小火煮20-30分鐘(需要不停的攪拌,不然會粘底)。

6、加入適量的糖水便可食用。

Homemade Soy Milk

Material: 300 grams of soybeans (can be soaked overnight)

Sugar water: 750ml water, 300g sugar, 3 pandan leaves (washed and knotted for use), 2 old ginger

practice:

1. Bring the syrup ingredients to a boil, remove pandan leaves and ginger slices and set aside.

2. Soak soybeans for 6 hours or overnight. Then clean the soybeans and set aside.

3. Add 2500ml of water, put the soybeans and water into the blender, and mash the soybeans into a pulp (break it in three times).

4. Pour the beaten soy milk into the gauze, filter, wrap the gauze, and wring dry the liquid in the bean dregs.

5. Boil the soy milk, skim off the foam, and cook for 20-30 minutes on medium and low heat (it needs to be stirred constantly, otherwise it will stick to the bottom).

6. Add the right amount of sugar water to drink.
