脆皮炸番薯(Crispy Fried Sweet Potato),酥脆爽口,下午茶不用到外面買了!

脆皮炸番薯

材料:

粘米粉:50克

木薯粉:50克

麵粉:50克

蛋黃粉:15克

發粉:1 茶匙

牛油: 65克 (溶化)

水:150g

番薯:適量

做法:

全部材料混合均勻,然後加水變成濃麵糊即可。

熱鍋,放入適量的油,待熱,將番薯逐片沾裹上粉漿後放入油鍋,以中火炸至表皮呈金黃色,撈起瀝干油份即可食用。

Crispy Fried Sweet Potatoes

Material:

Sticky rice flour: 50 grams

Tapioca flour: 50 grams

Flour: 50 grams

Egg yolk powder: 15 grams

Baking Powder: 1 tsp

Butter: 65g (melted)

Water: 150g

Sweet Potatoes: Moderate

practice:

Mix all the ingredients evenly, then add water to make a thick batter.

Heat a pan, add a proper amount of oil, and when it is hot, dip the sweet potatoes into the batter one by one, then put them into the pan, fry them over medium heat until the skin turns golden brown, remove and drain the oil and serve.
