Salted Fish Pancakes
Plum Fragrant Salted Fish: 1 piece
Ground pork: 300g
Minced garlic: ½ tbsp
Ginger: ½ tbsp
Sesame oil: ½ teaspoon
Corn flour: 1 tablespoon
sugar: a little
pepper: a little
salt: a little
Fry salted fish until fragrant, debone and shredded, add all ingredients and stir until sticky.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan until it is slightly hot, and roll the minced meat into small round patties.
Fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Salted fish itself has a salty and umami taste, and the amount of salt should be added cautiously.
