木瓜酸(Pickled Papaya)的做法,酸酸甜甜,小時候的味道!

自製木瓜酸

材料:

青木瓜:1 個(約700g)

白米醋:200 g

糖:300 g

水:50 g

指天椒:10個 (個人喜愛)

鹽:1 tbsp

做法:

青木瓜去皮,去籽,洗凈切薄片(大約2-3mm),加入適量鹽拌均,腌制15分鐘,然後用水沖洗乾淨。

把白米醋,糖和水放入一個鍋里,煮至糖溶解,置一旁放涼待用。

指天椒切兩半,將溶解的米醋倒入木瓜片中,加入指天椒拌均勻,裝入乾淨的玻璃瓶,3小時後即可食用。

Homemade Pickled Papaya

Material:

Green papaya: 1 (about 700g)

White rice vinegar: 200 g

Sugar: 300 g

Water: 50 g

Zhitian pepper: 10 (personal favorite)

Salt: 1 tbsp

practice:

Peel the green papaya, remove the seeds, wash and cut into thin slices (about 2-3mm), add an appropriate amount of salt, mix well, marinate for 15 minutes, and then rinse with water.

Combine rice vinegar, sugar and water in a pot, cook until sugar dissolves, set aside to cool.

Cut the chili pepper in half, pour the dissolved rice vinegar into the papaya slices, add the chili pepper and mix well, put it into a clean glass bottle, and eat it after 3 hours.
