材料A:
香蕉:230g、蘇打粉:1茶匙
材料B:
自發麵粉:130g、雞蛋:3 粒、砂糖:120g、鹽:½茶匙
材料C:
粟米油:50g
做法:
1。將香焦壓成泥狀, 再加入蘇打粉拌均, 備用.
2。將砂糖, 雞蛋及鹽 攪拌, 打至糖溶解及起泡.
3。麵粉過篩, 加入蛋汁中, 攪拌勻允.
4。加入已準備好的材料(A) 拌勻, 待發十五分鐘.
5。過後加入材料(C), 再擱置五分鐘.
6。烤盤塗上一層牛油, 待蒸鍋里的水煮滾後, 放入蒸鍋以大火蒸20分鐘即可.

Press the bananas into a paste, then add baking soda and mix well, set aside.
Whisk the sugar, eggs and salt until the sugar dissolves and foams.
Sift the flour, add it to the egg yolk, and mix well.
Add the prepared ingredients (A), mix well, set aside for 15 minutes.
Then add ingredients (C) and set aside for another 5 minutes.
Coat the baking pan with a layer of butter, after the water in the steamer boils, put it into the steamer and steam for 20 minutes on high heat.
