鹹蛋香酥雞

鹹蛋雞(Salted Egg Crispy Chicken)的做法,真的是超下飯!簡單又好吃!

材料:

雞全腿 :2 個(斬塊)

炸油:1 杯

腌料:

鹽:½小匙

麻油:½ 小匙

胡椒粉:少許

水:1 大匙

粟粉:1 大匙

麵粉:1 大匙

汁料:

鹹蛋黃:2 粒(蒸熟,壓碎)

咖哩葉:1 大匙

小辣椒粒:1 小匙

淡奶:200 ml

調味料:

糖:1 小匙

胡椒粉:少許

做法:

1.雞腿肉加入腌料拌均腌1小時。

2.燒熱炸油,放入雞肉炸至金黃色及熟,撈起濾干油分。

3.留油1大湯匙,放入鹹蛋黃碎,咖哩葉和小辣椒粒炒香,再加入淡奶和調味料煮滾。

4.加入雞肉炒至汁濃稠即可。

Salted Egg Crispy Chicken

Material:

Chicken whole leg: 2 (cut into pieces)

Oil for frying: 1 cup

Marinade:

Salt: ½ tsp

Sesame oil: ½ tsp

pepper: a little

Water: 1 tablespoon

Corn flour: 1 tablespoon

Flour: 1 tablespoon

Juice:

Salted egg yolk: 2 (steamed, crushed)

Curry leaves: 1 tbsp

Small chili peppers: 1 tsp

Evaporated milk: 200 ml

seasoning:

Sugar: 1 tsp

pepper: a little

practice:

1. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and marinate for 1 hour.

2. Heat up the frying oil, add in the chicken and fry until golden brown and cooked, remove and drain the oil.

3. Reserve 1 tablespoon of oil, add chopped salted egg yolk, curry leaves and small chili peppers and fry until fragrant, then add evaporated milk and seasonings and bring to a boil.

4. Add the chicken and fry until the sauce thickens.
