咖哩肉丸(Curry Meatballs)的做法,一口一個香味十足!做法非常簡單!

材料:

馬鈴薯:200 克

豬肉碎:200 克

咖喱粉:1 湯匙

香茅:1 支(切碎)

椰漿:2 湯匙

粟粉:1 湯匙

蔥頭仔:4 粒(去皮,切碎)

調味料:

鹽:½ 茶匙

糖:1 茶匙

雞蛋:1 粒(打散)

炸油:2 杯

做法:

1.馬鈴薯放入滾水中煮至熟,撈起切小粒。

2.加入其餘材料和調味料拌均成團,做成小粒狀。

3.小丸沾上蛋液,放入熱油中炸至金黃色即可。

Potatoes: 200 grams

Minced pork: 200 g

Curry Powder: 1 tablespoon

Lemongrass: 1 stick (chopped)

Coconut Milk: 2 tablespoons

Corn flour: 1 tablespoon

Young shallots: 4 pieces (peeled and chopped)

seasoning:

Salt: ½ tsp

Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Egg: 1 (beaten)

Oil for frying: 2 cups

practice:

1. Put the potatoes in boiling water and cook until cooked, remove and cut into small pieces.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and seasonings and mix to form a dough. Make into small granules.

3. Coat the balls with egg liquid and deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
