南乳炸肉(Hakka Fried Pork Belly)的做法,外酥里嫩!做法超級簡單!

材料:五花肉:1 kg

腌料:南乳2½ 塊、雞蛋3 個、糖適量、胡椒粉少許、五香粉少許、麵粉2 湯匙

做法:

1. 將五花肉洗乾淨,然後切塊。

2. 放入腌料拌勻,腌至少2小時或隔夜更好。

3. 燒熱油鍋,入鍋炸至金黃色即可。
