星洲米粉(Singapore style noodles)的做法,這個做法真的很好吃~

材料A:米粉250g(浸軟,濾干水分)、蒜茸1湯匙、雞蛋2個(打散)、食油4湯匙

材料B:蝦仁150g(加少許的鹽和薯粉腌制10分鐘)、大蔥1個(切絲)、白菜數片(切絲)、叉燒100g(切絲)、紅蘿蔔少許(切絲)、豆芽150g(最後放)、蔥少許(最後放)

調味料:、清水大約 ¾ – 1、蚝油1湯匙、生抽1湯匙、番茄醬3湯匙、辣椒醬1湯匙、雞精粉½茶匙、麻油1茶匙、胡椒粉少許、鹽少許

表層裝飾 :辣椒絲少許

做法:

1. 熱鍋,加入2湯匙的食油,把蛋打散煎成蛋餅薄片,切絲備用。

2. 加入2湯匙的食油,放入蒜茸炒香,然後加入紅蘿蔔絲、蝦仁一起炒拌至香。

3. 倒入浸軟後的米粉一起炒拌,倒入準備好的調味料炒拌均勻。

4. 倒入其它的材料B,大火炒至熟即可撈起,豆芽和蔥不要炒過熟(最後放)。

5. 米粉上碟後,表層撒上少許蛋絲和辣椒絲即可。

Singapore-style noodles

Material A: 250g rice noodles (soaked, drained), 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 eggs (beaten), 4 tbsp cooking oil

Material B: 150g shrimp (marinate with a little salt and potato flour for 10 minutes), 1 green onion (shredded), several slices of cabbage (shredded), 100g barbecued pork (shredded), a little carrot (shredded), 150g bean sprouts (put at the end), a little green onion (put at the end)

Seasoning: about ¾ – 1 of water, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, ½ teaspoon of chicken powder, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, a little pepper, a little salt

Surface decoration: a little shredded pepper

practice:

1. Heat a wok, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, break up the eggs and fry them into thin omelettes, shred them for later use.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, add chopped garlic and fry until fragrant, then add in shredded carrots and shrimp, stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Pour in the soaked rice noodles and stir-fry together, pour in the prepared seasoning and stir-fry evenly.

4. Pour in other ingredients B, stir fry over high heat until cooked, then remove. Do not overcook the bean sprouts and green onions (put them at the end).

5. After the rice noodles are placed on the plate, sprinkle a little shredded egg and shredded chili on the surface.
