肉碎香煎蛋豆腐非常的好吃,實在太香了,來上2碗米飯都不夠吃,做法簡單又好吃

材料:200克肉碎、少許胡椒粉、1勺醬油、2個蛋豆腐、1個紅辣椒、3瓣蒜、1把青蔥、3個雞蛋、1勺蚝油、半勺黑醬油、少許清水、少許水澱粉

1)把肉碎加入少許胡椒粉、1勺醬油攪拌均勻腌制10分鐘

2)蒜切末,辣椒&青蔥切粒,雞蛋打散

3)熱鍋熱油,倒入雞蛋後把蛋豆腐鋪上面,蓋上鍋蓋,小火燜煮2-3分鐘至雞蛋半熟,底部焦香,裝盤

4)鍋留底油,爆香蒜末辣椒,倒入肉碎炒至變色,加入1勺蚝油、半勺黑醬油炒均勻加少許清水煮至沸騰,最後加入少許水澱粉勾芡

5)把肉碎倒在香煎蛋豆腐上,再撒青蔥即可開吃

5) Pour the minced meat on the fried egg tofu, sprinkle green onions and serve
