大頭菜蒸豬肉【steamed pork with preserved turnip】的做法,簡單家常美味,超下飯!

大頭菜蒸豬肉

材料:大頭菜150克(剁碎)、半肥瘦豬肉碎300克

調味料:醬油少許、薯粉1 ½tsp、胡椒粉少許、麻油或蔥頭油1 tsp、黑醬油少許(調色-不放也可以)

做法:

1、將大頭菜清洗乾淨,後切條用水浸泡至少2小時去鹹味,然後切成細顆粒狀。

2、豬肉碎里加入醬油、胡椒粉、薯粉、麻油、黑醬油拌勻。

3、加入切好的大頭菜拌勻,再均勻地鋪在碟子上放置1個小時讓肉餅充分入味。

4、放入鍋內以大火蒸15~20分鐘即可上桌。

溫馨提示:

浸泡大頭菜的時候,可以提前嘗一口,覺得鹹度合適才跟豬肉碎攪拌,如果太咸就繼續再浸泡一段時間,或者太淡了可以適當的加點醬油。

practice:

4. Put it into the pot and steam for 15~20 minutes over high heat.

Kind tips:

When soaking kohlrabi, you can taste it in advance and mix it with minced pork if you think the saltiness is right. If it is too salty, continue to soak it for a while, or if it is too light, you can add some soy sauce.
