炸番薯甜甜圈

材料:番薯200g(去皮蒸熟,乘熱壓成泥)、麵粉40g、鹽½tsp

糖漿:白糖70g、清水25ml

做法:

1、番薯泥加入麵粉及鹽,用手搓均勻成軟團後分成等份,搓圓壓扁,中間用手指穿個洞。

2、將(1)投入滾油,炸至金黃色撈起,瀝干油。

3、鍋里加入糖及水,以中火炒至水分差不多干成濃糖漿(但不可變黃),投入(2),熄火不斷炒至每個圈圈都沾上糖漿。

Kuih Keria

Material: 200g sweet potato (peeled and steamed, heat and press into puree), 40g flour, ½tsp salt

Syrup: 70g sugar, 25ml water

practice:

1. Add flour and salt to the mashed sweet potato, knead it with your hands to form a soft ball, divide it into equal parts, roll it into a round and flatten it, and make a hole in the middle with your fingers.

2. Put (1) into boiling oil, deep fry until golden brown, pick up and drain the oil.

3. Add sugar and water to the pot, stir fry over medium heat until the water is almost dry to form a thick syrup (but does not turn yellow), put in (2), turn off the heat and continue to fry until every circle is covered with syrup.
